PCFV (2007) Personal communication to the LEAD Group from the Partnership for Cleaner Fuels & Vehicles (PCFV), Urban Environment Unit, Division of Environmental Policy Implementation, United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), by email 12th February 2007, confirmed that Bhutan, Cambodia, Lao People’s Democratic Rep (Laos), Maldives and Moldova are now unleaded only (for road use) and that it is very probable that French Guiana, Myanmar (Burma) and Mongolia are also now unleaded only (for road use).
