Dr. Cory Couillard is an international health columnist who works in collaboration with the World Health Organization’s goals of disease prevention and global health care education. For the Inaugural International Lead Poisoning Prevention Week of Action (20-26th October 2013) – an initiative of the World Health Organisation and United Nations Environment Programme, Dr Couillard’s article “Save children from lead poisoning” was published in news or medical news publications in Ghana, Panama, the Caribbean, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, St. Kitts and Nevis (including on their Sugar City FM radio station website) AND Nigeria.

Professor Damian Gore Department of Environmental Sciences, Faculty of Science and Engineering, Macquarie University. -  Professor Gore’s interests are in contaminated site assessment and remediation, particularly related to mine sites and base metals wherever they occur. Damian also has expertise in environmental problems related to ground water and produced water from activity such as coal seam gas extraction. He has worked in contaminated sites from the desert to the Arctic and Antarctica; and from industrial sites to urban environments.
