John was the economist and statistician from Newcastle Environmental Toxicology Research Unit who wrote supporting evidence for various strategy suggested in the 1993 book "Reducing Lead Exposure in Australians" commissioned by the National Health and Medical Research Council. John is a trained economist and statistician now operating his own consultancy business in statistical design / analysis and health economics, and sometimes working in environmental health eg for Broken Hill or NSW Health.
