ANSWER: 27 Jan 2006 Dear Godofredo, is it the "Childhood Lead Poisoning Risk Factor Questionnaire" by Dr Balzer at www.lead.org.au/fs/fst10.html or the "Introduction To Lead Poisoning In Children" by Dr Balzer (attached) that you would like a printed copy of? I have attached a print-friendly version of the Risk Factor Questionnaire too in case you are able to print it at your office, although you are free to print anything that could be useful to you directly from our website. For instance you could print Dr Balzer's slide show in colour if you have a colour printer. We unfortunately do not have a colour printer and I don't think the graphics would be very good in black and white. I have asked a volunteer to remove any unnecessary graphics from Dr Balzer's slide show but wonder whether the file will still be too big for your hotmail account? It is around 2.5 MB. I will email it separately after I send this email. Please let me know if you really need the slide show and the fact sheet printed and posted from Australia.
