ANSWER: 02 Dec 2004 Dear Maria, It is recommended that you take guidance on this question from a health practitioner but among the supplements you could usefully discuss with your practitioner in relation to lead, are: Vit C, zinc, iron, calcium, selenium, Omega 3 fatty acids (fish oil, flaxseed oil), EPA, lipoic acid, iodine (kelp, Centrum) and garlic.
