Job Statement
Performs data entry duties relating to client calls and correspondences.
Also performs document management duties in maintaining library.
Job Duties
-
Enter telephone / fax callers details into The LEAD Groups
database.

Enter email details into The LEAD Groups database.
-
Taking messages when necessary / appropriate, from
Global
Lead Advice & Support Service (GLASS) clients.

Filing of client records, fact sheets, booklets and other library items.
-
General office duties including photocopying, mail outs, replenishing
stocks of fact sheets and booklets via telephone inquiries, fax or email, etc.
Job Environment
-
Prefer minimum six-hour day.
-
Days to suit volunteer (generally Monday to Friday).
-
Ongoing basis.
-
Public transport costs to be reimbursed for shifts of more than six
hours.
-
Training supplied to suitable volunteers.
-
Due to limited office space, only one to two clerical assistants to work
at any one time.

Non-smoking workplace.
-
No cologne or perfume to be worn.
