QUESTION:
Testing for lead in paint - rental properties - QLD,
16 Nov 2005, Queensland Australia In a rented house, whose responsibility is it to test for lead in paint? After having the house washed, the paint on the metal balcony railings is flaking off severely. If lead is found, is the landlord obligated to remove lead paint and re-paint? I'm worried about our children and our dog who spends his days out on the balcony when I'm at work. |
