Jasmin Kyle I've searched Joy's website and cannot find the one essential piece of data we need the suburb or postcode and country. Thus I have added half a sentence asking Joy for this. The only comment I would have about the above draft letter is that it could be a bit shorter in this case because you clearly don't need to convince Joy about putting on our link - she suggested it. (Though of course it doesn't hurt to practice this for use on less receptive webmasters). I'm sure you would have done it with the final email but just in case, please remember that whenever you are offering a link in return (a links swap) then put webmaster in the Cc: field before sending your email to the webmaster.
