  • Continued demand for Lead Advisory Service Australia and Global Lead Advice & Support Service now used by clients in 52 countries
    •
  • 97,703 web page views this year. 1,321 files now on-line. Our web-users come from at least 150 countries.
  • 1,088 New Clients - 450 (41%) from outside NSW
  • 3,007 calls logged this year - 1,242 (41%) from outside NSW, including 280 (9%) from overseas
  • 47,452 lead information products distributed; 5,019 written by NSW Govt.
  • Over 7,400 library information products now data-entered, including 1400 URLs
  • Over 4,400 useful referrals now entered in database, 2,822 referrals made this year

 

A desperate & total lack of funding for staff wages, to run the service.
