Marsha Stejskal will outline major flaws and omissions in the Final Report - Investigation Into Concerns Regarding Seepage Water in Rosebery Locality 2008/9. “The conduct of the investigation contains serious omissions in relation to adequate testing for the source of the contamination,” “The Report has ignored the fact that the Government’s own classification of contaminated soil in the Information Bulletin No 105 defines soil contaminated with lead as having 3000mg/kg – one resident’s soil has 4,590mg/kg,” “Four major omissions in the Investigation were:
